Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, and of the laws of Canada applicable therein without regard to its choice of law or conflicts of law principles. You agree that any dispute is to be submitted to a Quebec court of competent jurisdiction in the district of Montreal, Province of Quebec.

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Lexop regarding your use of the Website and its related pages, features, functionalities, and content, and any other subject matter herein, and they replace any previous agreement, representation, warranty or understanding, whether verbal or written, express or implied, in this regard. Enurement
